How do I buy my entry pass?
-In our online store
-At CifiMad itself, if our capacity is not filled up with advance reservations.
How can I pay for my order?
The preferred means of payment available if you have an account with a Spanish bank, is wire transfer or direct deposit in the bank account belonging to the convention. You will receive an e-mail with the account number once you make your purchase in the online store. If you misplace it you can contact us at: info@cifimad.es
Once you make your purchase you must make the payment within 15 days.
Remember to include your name or order number when making the transfer or deposit so that we can match the bank movement to your order. We recommend you bring the transfer or deposit receipt with you so we can check any discrepancies.
You can also pay using PayPal, directly when confirming your order. We apply the small fee that PayPal charges for their services – it’s way less than the bank fee for an international wire transfer!
Where do I pick up my pass?
Once your order is paid, your pass will be waiting for you at our registration desk at the entrance to the convention, as well as tickets for your autographs, meals, etc. We take care of everything! If you have also booked a hotel room you can check in directly at the hotel reception.
Why should I buy my pass in advance for CifiMad?
-Our capacity is limited; booking in advance is how you make sure you will get in. At CifiMad you can only buy your pass until the capacity limit is reached.
-Prices at the online store for passes, photoshoots and autographs are cheaper than buying them at the event.

Terms and conditions
- Purchasing a pass implies a contribution to Asociación Cultural CifiMad, and allows you to attend the convention. It is personal and non-transferable; resale is not allowed. It is required showing a Personal Identification Document, passport or driving license to pick up the pass.
- The activities schedule may be subject to last minute changes without previous notice. The organization will try to substitute any cancelled activity with another one of the same quality, but by this reason we do not guarantee the refund of the contribution once the purchase is finalized. Autographs and photoshoots with guests will be refunded in case of cancellation.
- Autograph signing sessions will take place on Saturday 15th and Sunday 16th; exact times will be published in advance. The organization cannot guarantee the autograph or the refund if the attendee fails to be at the session in time.
- Photoshoot sessions with the guests will take place on Saturday 15th in the morning, and printed copies will be delivered during the afternoon autograph session. The organization does not guarantee delivery or refunds if the attendee fails to be at the session in time.
- The event may be video recorded, in part or in full, by CifiMad, sponsors or media. By purchasing the pass, every attendee gives permission to use said images and recordings for promotional purposes, with no image rights fees. This includes minors. If you wish to request that your image is not used in promotional images, you can do that at the control center.
- CifiMad cannot be responsible for personal items lost or stolen during the convention.
- If the convention is cancelled, the total amount of the registration will be refunded.
- CifiMad holds the right of admission to the event. This right can be exercised at any time during the convention. Improper behaviour towards guests, attendees or staff will be cause of immediate removal from the event with no right to refunds.
- We will try to offer a cloakroom service; but we cannot be responsible for any lost item of clothing, bag or valuable.
- Purchasing a ticket implies the total acceptance of these terms and conditions.
